Consignment FAQ

If you need more details...

Q: What kinds of items can I consign? We accept formals, prom and homecoming dresses, Mardi Gras gowns, wedding dresses, costumes, cosplay, witchy and steampunk styles, fandom and geeky apparel, vintage pieces, holiday home and party décor, jewelry, headpieces, accessories, and quirky home items. If it’s unique, fabulous, or festive—we likely want it!

Q: How do I prepare my items for drop-off? Bring up to 20 clothing pieces per drop-off, on hangers (hook facing like a “?”) with all fasteners secured. Sets count as one piece. All other items—unlimited quantity—should arrive in a box, bin, or basket. Everything must be clean, odor-free, and in good condition. Accessories and electronics must be wiped down and include working batteries.

Q: When can I drop off my items? Anytime we’re open! Store Hours: Wed & Thurs: 2–7 PM Fri & Sat: 10 AM–3 PM

Q: What are my options for consigning? We offer three easy ways: Concierge Consigning (Done-for-You) – Drop off your items, and we handle the rest. Donation Consigning – Your proceeds are donated to a local nonprofit. Pop-Up Sale Consigning – Maximize your earnings by tagging your own items for our Fall or Spring Pop-Up Sale.

Q: Do I need an appointment to drop off? Nope! Just bring your treasures in during business hours—no appointment needed.

Q: Will I get my hangers or storage containers back? Hangers will not be returned. Please bring items in containers you don’t need back, or let us know at drop-off if you'd like to retrieve your bin afterward.

Q: Where can I find a list of accepted items? We’ve made it easy! [Coming soon - Download our Checklist] to see everything we accept.

Q: What happens after I consign? Once your items are processed and priced, they’ll be displayed in our boutique. You’ll receive a portion of the sales, or if you chose the donation route, proceeds go to a local charity.

Q: If I consign in the boutique, will my items miss out on being sold at the pop-up? Not at all, we will take your current consignment items from the boutique to the Fall and Spring Pop-Up.
