Suzanne Stafford, Principal Designer and Faery Queen

I am Suzanne Stafford. I grew up in Newcastle, Wyoming in the beautiful Black Hills. I have lived in Denver, CO, Santa Fe, NM, Houston, TX, New Orleans, LA and the MS Gulf Coast since 2010. I love learning, art, travel, history, and museums. I got my first sewing machine when I was 8. Growing up, I wanted to be a fashion designer. I received a Bachelor of Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute in Denver, CO, and was a licensed commercial interior designer for 30 years. I took a break from working full time to homeschool my son starting in 3rd grade. We have had a wonderful time experiencing museums, living history, and hands-on art classes. My son graduated in 2024 so I am back working full-time on my art, focusing on my first love of fashion design. Creating experiences for costume lovers to gather in community, make great memories, and new friends!
