SETUP:
Friday, April 26, 2024 starting at 2:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday, April 27 starting at 6:00am. Booth must be completely set up before Saturday 8:30am. If you need more time, let us know.
EVENT TIMES:
Optional: Friday, April 26, 2024 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. I will be holding a ticketed upcycling class 1-4pm and 6-9pm. Pre-shopping & VIP Pre-sale (benefitting local theater) is 7-9pm.
Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
8am-9am Early Consignment shopping. Vendor’s choice if you are open during this time.
Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
TEAR DOWN:
Sunday, April 28, 2024 starting at 5:00pm. Vendors are required to clean up and take all debris from their booth space(s) when they leave.
TIME COMMITMENT: Vendors MUST exhibit for the complete hours of the event.
3. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications and full payment must be received before March 22, 2024. There are a limited number of vendor spaces available.
FYI: google maps may say that the D'Iberville Civic Center is permanently closed, NOT TRUE.
The REAL answer: this is a rental venue and is only OPEN for special events, like the Spring Formals Costumes Holiday & Event Treasures Pop Up Sale. We are definitely there!
